Pumpkin Banana Yogurt

1/2 cup plain nonfat greek yogurt
1 banana
1 Tablespoon pumpkin butter
drizzle of honey

Mix all together and enjoy with a spoon.

Game On Diet plan
Fist sized portion of fruit or carbohydrate = banana
Palm sized portion of protein = greek yogurt
Thumb sized healthy fat = pumpkin butter

  2. I am a little concerned because pumpkin butter is not a fat, it is a jam. It is not on the list.

  3. The list isn't all inclusive, so I just used the assumption that pumpkin butter is similar to peanut butter, but I could've been wrong. You could substitute peanut butter, or any kind of nut, for the pumpkin butter.

  4. I've been using peanut butter with a little pumpkin butter, because we are allowed to use sweeteners sparingly. :)
